Cédric Vanhoeck

Cédric is Resortecs’ co-founder and CEO. He holds an Industrial Design Engineering degree from TU Delft and a Brand Management Master’s degree from the Domus Academy Milan.


After joining the Antwerp Fashion Academy and seeing first-hand how much fashion wasn’t sustainable, he decided to dedicate his time and expertise to tackling the environmental challenges of the textile industry.

Rawaa Ammar

Rawaa is Resortecs’ Chief Sustainability & Impact Officer since 2019. She holds a Ph.D in Earth and Environmental Sciences from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in Belgium.

Rawaa has 10 years of experience in scientific research, fieldwork and environmental risk assessment. Her research focus areas are anthropogenic pollution,  remediation, heavy metals impurities, Fe biogeochemistry in ocean and the link to atmospheric CO2 emissions.

Davidson Leite

Davidson is Resortecs’ Head of Communications & Branding, supporting brands and partners in communicating their efforts to become circular.


Davidson holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication & Public Relations and since 2016  has been running international PR & Digital Marketing projects in over 16 different countries across a variety of industries in Europe, North America, and South America.

William Allouche

William was Resortecs’ Technical Lead for Disassembly from 2019 to 2022. He holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne in France.


Before joining Resortecs, he first acquired experience in innovation and project engineering by developing technological solutions in the automotive industry.
